What documents do I need to submit when buying a lot or house & lot?
We require the following documents submitted:
- Two (2) photo-bearing IDs
- Proof of Billing
- TIN or Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
- Latest 2 months payslip
How much is the reservation fee?
The Reservation fee of PhP 3, 500.00 is one-time only and is non-transferable and non-refundable. This fee will also cover title processing and home owners membership.
Is there an equity or down-payment I need to make?
None. You only need to pay the one-time processing, reservation, & membership fee of Php 3, 500.00 after which you can already start paying your monthly amortization.
How much is the lot price per square meter?
The lot price per square meter is Php 3, 500.00 only
What is the Total Contract Price (TCP) of my lot?
The Total Contract Price (TCP) is computed as follows:
TCP = Lot Area x Lot price per sq meter
Example:
TCP = 64 sq. meters x PhP 3, 500.00 per sq. meter
TCP = PhP 224, 000.00
TCP = Lot Area x Lot price per sq meter
Example:
TCP = 64 sq. meters x PhP 3, 500.00 per sq. meter
TCP = PhP 224, 000.00
Can I pay on an installment basis?
Yes. You can take advantage of our 60-month installment plan at 0% interest.
How much will I be paying per month as amortization?
It will be computed as follows:
Monthly Amortization= Total Contract Price / 60 Months
Example:
Monthly Amortization = PhP 224, 000.00 Total Lot Price / 60 Months
Monthly Amortization PhP 3, 733.33
Monthly Amortization= Total Contract Price / 60 Months
Example:
Monthly Amortization = PhP 224, 000.00 Total Lot Price / 60 Months
Monthly Amortization PhP 3, 733.33
What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept cash payment and post-dated checks for now. For our clients residing abroad, please check with us on how you can wire your payment to our Maybank corporate account
